"This has made matching and swapping..."
This has made matching and swapping thread colors way less of a hassle. I used to spend way too much time guessing, but now I can figure it out quickly. i’m really happy with it and would definitely recommend it if you work with thread colors a lot.

"Good in some ways, but organizing designs is frustrating"
I do like parts of embrilliance, but organizing designs has been more frustrating than I expected. The folders and file names get messy quickly, and once you have a lot of designs saved, finding an older one can take way longer than it should. I feel like a basic thing I need from the software is just an easy way to keep everything organized, and that part feels kind of ignored. It’s not terrible overall, but it definitely gets annoying when you’re managing a big collection of files.

"Hoop placement drove me a little nuts"
I’ll admit I’m probably a bit picky about this stuff, but the hoop options felt more confusing than they should have. I kept thinking I had the placement right, and then it would come out slightly off. Maybe it’s partly user error, but I really expected that part to be smoother and easier to figure out

"Works Great for Digitizing"
I’ve been using this for digitizing, and it does exactly what I need it to do. It’s straightforward, works well, and just makes sense if you’re trying to turn physical items or files into digital versions without overcomplicating the process.

"Tutorials actually got me unstuck"
I ended up using the Embrilliance tutorials when I got stuck on resizing and figuring out hoop settings, and they were way more helpful than I expected.
Compared to other software guides I’ve tried, these felt a lot more normal and less like I needed to already know all the technical terms. A couple of the screenshots didn’t match my version exactly, but it was close enough that I could still follow along.
Now the help pages are the first place I check when I’m learning something in the software. It saves me from getting frustrated and wasting half the night clicking around.

"Took longer than expected, but it works"
It took quite a while to get everything sorted out, and I felt a bit dismissed when I asked about the delay. That said, once it was finally done, it worked well, so I’m happy with the end result.

"Good software, just wish it were more stable"
I do like Embrilliance overall, and most days it does exactly what I need it to do. It’s not even about the features, because those are solid for what I use it for. My only real issue is that it’s frozen on me a few times while I was editing designs, which is super frustrating if I haven’t saved in a while. It’s not a dealbreaker, but I do wish it felt a little more reliable...

"The resized designs came out kind of…"
The resized designs came out kind of rough. Stitch density felt off too. Some files worked okay. Others didn’t. I ended up fixing a lot by hand...

"Good for BX fonts, but support isn’t great"
I got this mainly for the BX fonts, and that part is useful, but the support was kind of confusing. It felt limited, and I had to spend a lot of time figuring things out on my own. Not a worst experience, but I expected a clearer help and easier setup

"Works Fine Once You Hunt Around a Bit"
I’ve been using embrilliance for basic edits, it’s been easy to figure out for the most part. A few tools were weirdly tucked away, so I got to enjoy clicking around longer than I should have, but nothing too dramatic. So far, it does what I need it to do, which is apparently all I can ask for.

"I was a little nervous about switching…"
I was a little nervous about switching at first, but it ended up being totally fine. No headaches, no weird issues, just a smooth process all around. Relieved with how easy it was.

"Works well, though I lost track a bit at first"
I’ve been using embrilliance for a little while now, or maybe it’s only been a few weeks, i’m not totally sure because I kept coming back to it between projects. Either way, I mainly use it because it opens the file types I actually need, like PES and DST, without a lot of hassle. Saving designs in the format for my machine has worked fine so far too. The only thing is that some options weren’t super obvious, and I had to click around for a bit to find what I needed. Overall, it’s been solid and useful, just not completely perfect.

"I’ve been using Embrilliance for a while now…"
I’ve been using embrilliance for a while now, the newer updates have made a noticeable difference. Things just load smoother, and some of the tools feel a lot easier to figure out than they did before. There was definitely a little learning curve in the beginning, like with anything, but once I got used to it, it’s been really solid. I like that they keep improving things without making it feel overly complicated or confusing. Overall, it’s been a good, reliable program for my embroidery projects

"Kind of a headache with my Brother machine"
I bought Embrilliance feeling hopeful that it would make using my Brother machine easier, but it put me in a bad mood fast. Transferring designs was way more of a hassle than I expected, and a few files showed up looking strange, so I kept having to stop and convert things just to keep going.
The support pages helped a little, so I’ll give it that, but for the price I really thought the compatibility would feel smoother. Maybe it’s great with other machines, but with mine it ended up being more frustrating than helpful.

"I’ve been using Embrilliance mostly for…"
I’ve been using Embrilliance mostly for stitch editing, and overall it’s been solid. Moving stitches around, resizing small sections, and cleaning up designs is easy once you figure out where everything is. That said, some of the tools weren’t super obvious at first, and I had to do a lot of random clicking to get the hang of it. I’ll admit I felt a bit dismissed when trying to find clear guidance, like I was just supposed to already know where things were. Still, it has saved me from having to redo designs more than once, so I’m happy with it overall...

"Appliqué steps finally clicked for me"
I got Embrilliance mostly for appliqué, assuming it would probably make the steps clearer than the way I was piecing things together before, and thankfully that’s exactly what happened. The placement, tackdown, and satin steps are much easier to follow, and I can move things around without feeling like I’m about to ruin the whole design file.
I’m not super techy, so I kind of expected there’d be a bit of trial and error at first, and there was. But after playing with it for a little while, my appliqué workflow is way faster and way less stressful. I’m really happy I gave it a try

"Got it working, but it wasn't not confusing"
I got it installed in the end, but I can’t say it wasn’t a little confusing. The steps didn’t feel super clear to me, so it took longer than I expected to get everything running right...

"Handy for thumbnails, but it tests my patience sometimes"
I mainly use Embrilliance to peek at embroidery file thumbnails before I bother opening anything, it does save me time. Most days I’m like, wow, this is super convenient. Then suddenly a preview takes forever to load or shows up weird and I’m immediately annoyed. It’s not a disaster or anything, just a little basic in spots. For quick browsing, I still use it, but I really wish it felt a bit smoother and more dependable.

"Solid value after using it for a bit"
When I first looked at Embrilliance, I expected it to cost more. After using it for a little while, I’ve been happy with how straightforward it is. It does what I need without making me feel like I have to buy a bunch of extras. For the price, it’s been a solid buy and something I can see myself continuing to use.

"Great for quick lettering projects"
I mostly use Embrilliance for adding names and cute little sayings to towels and shirts, and for my projects, it’s been really easy to work with. The lettering tools make sense to me, even if I haven’t opened the program in a few weeks and have to jump back in. Changing fonts, resizing, and moving things around feels straightforward. I also really like being able to preview how it’s going to stitch before I save anything, because that has definitely saved me from doing a bunch of annoying test runs...
